  • Testing saffron in Quality Control Lab of the Ministry of Agriculture.
  • Ministry of Agriculture and Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (ACCI) certification of the Originality of Afghan product.
  • Certificate of origin issued by ACCI certifying the compliance with the quality standards of the country of destination.
  • Inspection by U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) upon the arrival and before the release of the shipment in USA.

Be careful while buying poor quality Saffron as some claims of purity are just that, claims. They have few threads of Saffron and the rest are Safflowers and/or other mixtures. So don’t be deceived by cheap price offers.
